Multifunctional Automatic Industrial Turntable PE Bottle Spinner
LPC series automatic bottle unscrambling machine is the front supporting equipment of filling machinery, which is suitable for the unordered plastic bottle sorting, the bottles are sent into the bottle unpacking machine through the hoist and stored in the bottle ring. By the centrifugal force of the turntable, the bottles enter the finishing channel, through the reverse bottle straightening device, the bottles are sorted into the same direction of the bottle mouth, and through the bottle mouth upward guiding device output to the conveyor belt.
The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, and other parts are also made of durable non-metallic materials. Some imported parts are selected for electrical and pneumatic system, which makes the equipment have low failure rate and high reliability. This machine adopts PLC computer control, frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation, can be connected with various filling production lines.
